Before we begin, we’ll discuss your preferred style, their usual routine and any concerns, helping us agree on a finish that suits both your dog and everyday life.

Their groom begins with a thorough wash using shampoo suited to their coat and skin, followed by a careful rinse and gentle drying. We then brush and comb through the coat, removing loose hair and working through manageable tangles before clipping or scissoring to the agreed style. Whether you prefer a practical, easy-to-maintain trim or a fuller finish, we work with your dog’s coat condition and always put their welfare first.

Finishing touches include tidying around the face, feet and hygiene areas where appropriate, along with nail trimming if needed and tolerated. We allow time for reassurance and breaks, helping your dog feel comfortable throughout their visit. They’ll leave clean, tidy and refreshed, and we’ll share any useful observations about their coat, along with advice on brushing at home and when to book their next groom.
