When Teddy arrived at The Highland Groom Shack, his golden coat was looking a little windswept after plenty of muddy walks. His ears had picked up a few tangles, his paws were fluffy, and his fringe was beginning to hide those lovely brown eyes. A little unsure at first, he was given time to settle in and have a good sniff before his groom began.

After a gentle brush through, Teddy enjoyed a warm bath with shampoo suited to his coat, followed by a careful blow dry. His coat was trimmed and shaped, the hair around his eyes and paws was tidied, and his nails were checked and clipped where needed. Throughout his appointment, we worked at his pace, with reassurance and little breaks to keep him comfortable.

Teddy left clean, soft and looking smart, with neat paws and bright eyes no longer hidden behind his fringe. His owner was delighted—and Teddy was far more interested in his well-earned treat than admiring his new haircut.
